It was a whirlwind trip to Sydney and back in the same day to peep some of the new styles that Converse will be dropping next year. Tie-dye, vibrant hidden platforms, old-school vintage and animal print are amongst some of what you can look forward to. There were a couple of hard-working artists who spent hours customising our white chucks, and because I am a geek I came home, bought a fabric pen and customised my own, ha. We were fed with mini brioche-bun burgers, hot-dogs, toasties and massive helpings of chocolate mud-cake and pastel coloured gooey salty caramel cake pops. My belly was about ready to burst by the time we left. Good shoes and good food, it was a good day.
